The crew of Red Letter Media seem convinced that their viewers do not read the descriptions of their videos. As a result, a common running gag is for videos to have incredibly long, rambling descriptions that run the gamut from confusing to outright being incorrect.

- Beyond the Black Void - Watchbait has a 442 word description.
- Half in the Bag: The Kyle Gallner Triple Feature Spectacular!’s description is 331 words long.
- Best of the Worst: Halloween 2023 has a 392 word description.
- Wheel of the Worst #26 has a 417 word description with multiple typos.
- Best of the Worst Spotlight: Wish Upon has a description with 848 words, the most to date. Most of the minor jokes in the episode are also touched on or expanded, such as Rich’s Nanoo and the reference to Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Episode 1 - re:View.
