Exceptionally long descriptions
The crew of Red Letter Media seem convinced that their viewers do not read the descriptions of their videos. As a result, a common running gag is for videos to have incredibly long, rambling descriptions that run the gamut from confusing to outright being incorrect.

Notable videos with long descriptions[edit | edit source]
- Wheel of the Worst #26 has a 417 word description with multiple typos.
- Best of the Worst Spotlight: Wish Upon has a description with 848 words, the most to date. Most of the minor jokes in the episode are also touched on or expanded, such as Rich’s Nanoo and the reference to Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Episode 1 - re:View.
- Wheel of the Worst #27 has a 553 word description written in character by Krebs Gorlon. Ironically, it begins with the phrase “A wise man once said ‘Brevity is the soul of wit.’”
- What Are Next?! has a 540 word description full of grammatical errors and typos.

Some episodes have descriptions that are not necessarily long, but still tend to ramble with unfocused ideas.
- Best of the Worst Spotlight: After Last Season has a description full of typos and run on sentences.
- Marilyn Manson or Bloodhound Gang Trivia Part 2’s description is on the smaller side at only 265 words long, but spends an overlong time describing the contestants.
