The name comes from the all-black background. The floor is visible concrete. The cast sits in chairs facing each other, cheated towards the camera. In the center, occasionally, is a small table which is usually filled with merchandise or memorabilia related to the video’s topic.

Despite the show’s name, The Black Void is the sole setting of Beyond the Black Void.
