The crew at Red Letter Media run a tight ship, often operating with minimal or no crew. Typical crew members for an RLM production consist of cast members managing the cameras and lighting just offscreen.
These crew members—being longtime friends and cast members—will joke and jest with each other both on and off camera. This often results in crew members being revealed, an abnormal practice compared to most professional shows where these people should be invisible and unseen.
